Like most Minnesotans I’ve witnessed the effects of Civil Rights violations openly coordinated and enforced in state law by members of the Minnesota GOP, the Minnesota DFL and the Metropolitan Council under Minnesota State Statute 43a.191.

That, and city road construction, are why today I officially announce my candidacy for Mayor of Minneapolis. 

I've never run for political office because my entire adult life, the State of Minnesota has been a criminal enterprise. I would never knowingly be involved in a criminal enterprise. I'm not a lawyer, but I am a literate lifelong Minnesotan, I can read black letter law, police use of force policies, and I care deeply about the promises made in the United States Constitution to the citizens of Minneapolis.

As mayor of Minneapolis, I will open an investigation into Memorial Day 2020, the impacts of City Employee Mask Guidelines, and the role of Minneapolis road construction in the high profile arrest of George Floyd. 

I’ll personally produce televised mock retrials of the Officer Mohamed Noor murder case and award my entire mayoral salary to any law student who can prove the elements of third degree murder beyond a reasonable doubt.

I’ll triple this scholarship, if the trial includes Minneapolis Police Department Counter Ambush training and testimony from Bob Kroll, then President of the Police Officers Federation of Minneapolis excluded from the original trial. 

I personally would love to hear that testimony.

I will fully cooperate with Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon’s investigations into Minnesota’s 38 year pattern of discriminatory practice.

I will help hold those responsible for sedition and the current state of Minneapolis road construction accountable.

As mayor, I will sue the State of Minnesota, DFL, GOP and the Metropolitan Council and City of Minneapolis leadership for any provable, coordinated actions violating the civil rights of Minneapolis residents and employees under the 1964 Civil Rights Act.

Jacob Frey is a civil rights lawyer with a demonstrated pattern of violating mine. These issues have affected my family, my colleagues and the citizens of Minneapolis who lost access to operating studios and free cable access speech during the pandemic.

Personally, I like Jacob Frey, I think he was brilliant in Summer 2020. He kneeled and cried like They / Them want white men to kneel and cry, shut up and went home when They / Them shouted at him to shut up and go home, and he lied about police use of Minneapolis force policy like They / Them demand. 

He is destined to be a Minnesota Senator.

However, the City of Mpls has operated as a criminal enterprise for as long as anyone remembers. Even he points out his own party’s irregularities in City Elections. Senator Omar Feta's second campaign promise is to further violated Federal Civil Rights law consistent with 43a.191.

In 2019, the City of Minneapolis Communications Department informed me I was no longer qualified to reapply the Minneapolis Cable Contract with my Telecommunications organization, under the SUBP. MTN.org had previously been doing business as the Minnesota Television Network since 1983.

I was too white and too male to reapply for my own job.

The City of Minneapolis had instituted the same South African pattern of race-based telecommunications policy currently under global scrutiny.

I invite Donald Trump and Attorney General Pam Bondi to interview Officers Derek Chauvin and Mohamed Noor in Room 100 in Minneapolis City Hall to get their understanding of Minneapolis Police Department policy.

I will produce the livestream, myself, free of charge. On his way to City Hall, I encourage President Trump to direct his motorcade between 38th and Chicago and HCMC.

He will understand why the citizens of Minneapolis were so primed to riot.  

Former Minneapolis Sen. VP. Mayor Hubert H. Humphrey once famously said if Affirmative Action “ever leads to quotas I’ll eat my hat.

As your mayor, I will get a permit and Minneapolis road crews will exhume Humphrey’s body from Lakewood Cemetery and I will shove his hat down his f*cking neck myself with my bare hands for every American citizen to see.

Then, I’ll help our guys fix the streets in Minneapolis.
